As an intern in the Partnerships & Loyalty team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to how customer engagement strategies are designed, executed, and measured within a leading consumer banking franchise. What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign & Programme Development: Support the conceptualisation and planning of partnerships and loyalty programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Customer Engagement Initiatives: Assist in designing and executing customer engagement activities to enhance interaction and loyalty
  • Communications Support: Help prepare and execute targeted communications to promote card offerings and loyalty schemes
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Support tracking and reporting of campaign and programme performance, including preparing insights for management updates

Who You Work With

The Partnerships & Loyalty team sits within Card Payments & Personal Loans and works closely with marketing, product, and external partners to deliver value-added propositions to customers. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that blends creativity, analytics, and execution to build strong and engaging customer experiences.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • Interested in marketing, partnerships, loyalty programmes, or consumer banking
  • Analytical and organised, with an interest in customer engagement strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable preparing reports and presentation materials
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn through hands-on experience

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:

  • In-depth understanding of rewards, partnerships, and loyalty management in banking
  • Exposure to campaign conceptualisation, execution, and performance tracking
