We are looking for an individual who is passionate about market intelligence and consumer insights, with a strong appreciation for research, data and understanding customers’ needs and behaviours. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to represent the customer’s voice, derive actionable insights and support key business decisions through research and data analysis. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations.

 

Make an Impact by 

 

  • Design research programs that address business needs. Engage with internal stakeholders, ask the right questions in order to understand the key objectives for the research, identify / recommend the right approach, source and analyse data and information from available resources, joining the dots and drawing conclusions from them to inform key business decisions
  • Brief market research agencies, and assess, evaluate, and execute research agency proposals for external research
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables, and ensure research agencies deliver actionable and insightful reports that address key business objectives
  • Program questionnaires using our cloud-based platform
  • Monitor key markets such as travel in/out of Singapore, foreign workers, and trends in the prepaid and roaming space
  • Develop and deliver effective and compelling storylines utilizing data. Have an analytical mind-set and ability to structure and synthesize large amounts of data, develop actionable insights, and effectively share them with the business, analytical teams, and key stakeholders.

 

 

Skills for Success 

  • University  degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Management, or similar.  Good to have Statistics, SQL, Python, Business Intelligence knowledge and experience. 
  • Internship experience in a business analytics, market research, or marketing role.
  • A self-starter who is highly motivated, passionate, creative.
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, must be at-ease with presenting findings to stakeholders and working with agency partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work and interact with different business units, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, cross-collaborate and multi-task.
  • Advanced proficiancy in Power BI, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Open to learning new online platforms.
