Be A Part Of Something Big

 

Singtel Group is seeking a strategic and technically proficient Associate Director to accelerate AI adoption across Singtel Group. This role is ideal for someone with around 8-10 years of experience in AI and/or data analytics. A successful candidate will translate the Group AI agenda into practical execution and adoption. The role will support Group AI strategy and Playbook implementation, shape the direction of AI for Employee initiative, and drive selected acceleration initiatives across partnerships, influencer activation, communications, and process improvement. The candidate will bring strong portfolio and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise high-value AI opportunities, size and track business impact, represent user needs, provide input to product roadmaps, and drive change management to achieve sustained adoption. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring AI initiatives are business-relevant, user-centric, and aligned with Group priorities.

 

 

Make An Impact By

 

 

Support Group AI Strategy and Playbook Implementation

 

Contribute to the implementation of the Group AI strategy and Playbook by engaging OpCos and business stakeholders.

  • Engage OpCos on strategy implementation
  • Translate playbook guidance into practical execution actions
  • Gather feedback from business and OpCo stakeholders
  • Help ensure Group AI strategy is grounded in real delivery needs and adoption challenges
  • Support alignment between strategy, delivery, communications, and change management

 

 

Shape AI for Employee Initiative

 

Work with Group Digital Office and Singtel Singapore AIDA to shape the direction of AI for Employee Initiative, ensuring the portfolio is focused on high-value opportunities and designed for strong adoption. The role is not to build or develop solutions, but to provide portfolio leadership across prioritisation, value sizing, user experience, roadmap input, and change management.

  • Programme manage AI for Employee Initiative
    • Shape the portfolio by prioritising use cases based on business value and feasibility
    • Leverage the Steering Committee to drive outcomes from the initiative
  • Represent employee and business user needs to improve user experience, work with Group Digital Office and STSG AIDA to shape the product roadmap of SingtelGPT
    • Gather user feedback and translate insights into product roadmap input
    • Support change management to drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and sustained usage
    • Identify adoption or stakeholder blockers and work with relevant owners to resolve them

 

 

Drive External Partnerships and Commercialisation

 

Lead the External Partnerships portfolio, with a focus on converting ecosystem engagement into tangible business outcomes.

  • Identify and shape AI partnership opportunities aligned to Group AI priorities
  • Engage AI-native companies, start-ups, ecosystem players, and community partners
  • Work with Singtel operating companies to translate partnerships into pilots, commercialisation opportunities, or capability-building initiatives
  • Assess and prioritise partnership opportunities based on strategic fit, business value, and execution feasibility
  • Work with internal stakeholders to connect external capabilities with relevant business use cases.

 

 

Strengthen the AI Influencer Network

 

Strengthen AI Influencer Network as a key mechanism to accelerate AI adoption across the organisation.

  • Recruit and engage AI influencers across business units and functions.
  • Equip influencers with necessary communication materials, toolkits, use cases, and success stories.
  • Drive community engagement and peer-to-peer advocacy.
  • Track the network’s contribution to awareness, adoption, and behavioural change.

 

 

Support AI Communications

 

Support group-level communications by providing stories and inputs.

Implement the weekly AI news digest as part of the broader Group AI communications agenda.

  • Curate relevant external AI trends, use cases, and ecosystem developments
  • Translate AI developments into concise, business-relevan
