This position is responsible for the design, implementation and configuration of Cisco ACI, WLC, ISE, Aruba, Huawei, routing, switching, wireless.

 

The role will work closely with project teams, solution architects, vendors, and customers to translate high-level architecture into detailed low-level designs, technical specifications, deployment plans, and implementation procedures.

 

The candidate will act as the technical lead and escalation point for design validation, migration planning, implementation risks, troubleshooting, and operational handover, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with customer requirements.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, particularly in Cisco ACI, WLC, ISE, Aruba and Huawei routing switching and will be adept at troubleshooting and optimizing network infrastructures.

 

Make an impact by:

  • Lead the design, architecture, integration, implementation for enterprise network solutions across multi-vendor environments, including Cisco ACI, Cisco WLC, Cisco ISE, Aruba, Huawei, LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center, cloud and WIFI,
  • Lead technical solution workshops, customer discussions, executive presentations, governance reviews, and design review sessions to define scope, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Product Teams, Security Teams, Vendors, Operations Teams, and Customers to ensure technical feasibility, service quality, delivery sustainability, continuous improvement, and strong customer experience.
  • Produce high level architecture designs to meet customer requirements for semi-complex (or) complex systems. Articulate with sufficient knowledge to convince and explain customer on the design.
  • Produce low level technical designs from high level architecture designs. Translate a broader infrastructure design or blueprint into technical specifications and details.
  • Develops installation/Implementation/test/rollback procedures and standards
  • Review and approve implementation plans, test plans, migration strategies, change procedures, rollback plans, and handover documents to ensure compliance with enterprise standards, and operational readiness
  • Install, remove, configure, upgrade, and validate hardware and/or software using approved installation instructions, tools, change procedures, and implementation plans, including proper handover to clients or operations teams where required.
  • Conducts tests, corrects malfunctions, and documents results in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Lead large-scale migration, transformation, refresh projects across data center, campus, wireless, cloud and multi-vendor enterprise environments
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of network engineers and consultants by providing technical direction, task prioritization, coaching, knowledge transfer, performance guidance, and capability development.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across Cisco ACI, WLC, ISE, Aruba, Huawei, software-defined networking, wireless, routing, switching, network security, automation, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents, recurring technical issues, service outages, configuration failures, design defects, ensuring preventive actions are documented and implemented.
  • Drive automation or scripting initiatives using tools such as Python, Ansible, APIs, PowerShell, Terraform, vendor platforms, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Cisco ACI, software-defined networking (SDN), Aruba, Huawei and AI enabled solutions.

 

Skills for Success:

  • 10 Years of Network Experience
  • Network specialization skillset in Routing & Switching, Wireless, Data Center solutions, Wi-Fi, Scripting
  • Good at problem solving
  • Able to explain technical problems in a simple term
  • Good to have CCIE or HCIE or equivalent
  • Good to have Presentation experience
  • Good to have Team leading/Supervisory experience
