Overview

Description

This builder will serve as the connective tissue between our key regional programs, regional leadership, and the global teams that power engagement at scale. Operating across multiple time zones and cultural contexts, you will shape the builder experience from Day One onboarding through ongoing internal communications and engagements.

Key job responsibilities
New Hire Engagement & Local Cluster Support
• Own the Day One experience for new builders across APJC, partnering with a distributed network of local cluster POCs to deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding journey
• Manage onboarding introductions to local cluster leaders and ensure seamless hand-offs from global programs to regional execution
• Maintain a monthly engagement cadence with cluster POCs, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to develop comprehensive engagement plans tailored to regional needs
• Report data to the global New Hire Engagement team in a timely and accurate manner

Content Creation & Internal Engagement
• Serve as the voice behind internal channels, producing monthly organization-wide newsletters that inform, engage, and inspire builders
• Develop one key message per month for senior leaders to cascade across the organization, ensuring messaging alignment across the region
• Own end-to-end coordination of town halls—from agenda development through execution and post-event communications
• Apply strong editorial instinct to determine when a communication requires a human story versus a business update

External Engagement & Executive Content
• Develop content that puts leaders on stage with confidence—writing scripts, speaking notes, presentation slides, and briefing materials
• Partner with Public Policy and internal stakeholders to translate talking points into polished, stage-ready deliverables
• Operate comfortably with ambiguity—briefs often arrive late or incomplete; this builder must turn around polished materials under tight timelines
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, anticipating what they need before they ask

Basic Qualifications

– • 7+ years of program management, communications, or engagement experience
– • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, compelling written content for diverse audiences (newsletters, executive briefs, presentations)
– • Experience managing concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines across multiple time zones
– • Proven track record of working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
– • Proficiency in data tracking, reporting, and using productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Quip, SharePoint)

Preferred Qualifications

– • Highly organized with a strong sense of prioritization
– • Comfortable with data tracking and timely reporting to global teams
– • Experience writing for or supporting executive-level leaders in external-facing engagements
– • Ability to operate with minimal direction and thrive under ambiguity
