The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join the Emerging Business Programme Management team as a Product Owner to support the development and delivery of the Regional Loan Lifecycle Management System for Singapore. 

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing product features and enhancements aligned to the LLMS vision and roadmap. You will work closely with stakeholders across business and IT to deliver scalable, user-centric capabilities across the loan lifecycle.

Job Scope:

  • Define and articulate product features aligned to LLMS vision and business objectives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (business, credit, operations, IT) to gather requirements and validate solutions

  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog, aligned to delivery timelines and business priorities

  • Work with UX/UI designers to design intuitive, user-centric journeys

  • Partner with IT and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood and testable

  • Support UAT by guiding testers on acceptance criteria and expected outcomes

  • Ensure timely delivery of features meeting business needs and quality standards

  • Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence

  • Support rollout, training, and adoption of new capabilities

 Reporting to:

  • Product Owner Lead, Emerging Business Loan Lifecycle Management System (EMB LLMS)

  • Tertiary education with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in product management, project delivery, or digital loan platforms preferred

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assess feasibility and impact

  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented
