Lead front-to-back architecture across Wealth Management platform covering Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Digital Channels, Wealth Advisory, Portfolio Management, Trading Platforms, Core Banking integration, Data Platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.

Architect scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native systems supporting client onboarding, relationship management, investment advisory, trading execution, portfolio servicing, regulatory compliance, and next-generation AI capabilities.

What You Do
Drive Target State Wealth Management Architecture
-
Define and deliver the bank’s target-state architecture across Wealth Management platform covering Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Wealth Advisory, Portfolio Management, Digital Channels, Trading Platforms, Core Banking, Compliance, and Regulatory services.

Establish reference architectures and integration patterns for client onboarding, servicing, relationship management, investment products, portfolio platforms, trading workflows, and customer engagement channels.

Lead modernization initiatives leveraging Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, API-First Design, Micro Frontends, and Cloud-Native Platforms.

Identify and deliver AI use cases that improve client experience, operational efficiency, employee productivity, and business decision-making.
Align Solution Design with Enterprise Strategy

Demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise architecture strategy, target-state roadmaps, architecture standards, and engineering principles.

Ensure solution designs consistently align with enterprise blueprints, technology standards, security mandates, and strategic transformation objectives.
Deliver Comprehensive Solution Architecture Artefacts
-
Produce architecture artefacts including Solution Architecture Documents, Logical & Physical Architectures, Security Architecture, Integration Architecture, Deployment Topologies, Sequence Diagrams, API Specifications, Data Models, and NFRs.

Define and evolve architecture patterns covering APIs, event streaming, real-time integration, data platforms, and cloud-native services.

Lead architecture reviews, technology assessments, and governance forums.
Collaborate and Govern Effectively
-
Identify architecture deviations, technology risks, and technical debt, and drive remediation through Architecture Review Boards and Governance Forums.

Partner closely with business, product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, data, and platform teams to ensure successful solution delivery and architecture compliance
Hands-On Engagement with Delivery Teams

Provide architecture leadership and hands-on engagement across delivery teams.

Guide engineering teams in adopting cloud-native architectures, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Kafka, API Management, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and AI solution patterns.

Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, resiliency, observability, performance, availability, and cost optimization.
Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
-
10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and Technical engineering roles.
-
Proven track record delivering large-scale banking or financial services transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of Wealth Management business processes and technology ecosystems.

Experience defining target architectures and leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with:

Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), OpenShift / Kubernetes, Kafka / MQ Technologies, API Management, Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred), PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, CI/CD & DevSecOps, Observability & Monitoring Platforms, Enterprise Integration Patterns
AI & Emerging Technologies
Hands-on experience or strong practical understanding of:
