About Our Team
The Finance Transformation team helps clients in driving the new age finance agenda, partner with organisations to enable high-performing end-to-end digital solutions and build modern finance functions.
We assist clients in strategizing, designing, and implementing key functional and operational initiatives. These include the assessment, transformation or optimization of Finance functions across the areas of process, people, and systems. Our services include defining target operating models (including organization structure and IT architecture for Finance), process optimization (through automation, standardization and simplification), system implementation (including design of AI in Finance and implementation of EPM tools), and project management.
About the Role
As part of the Finance Transformation team, you will support initiatives focused on helping organisations enhance and modernise their finance functions through digital solutions and transformation programmes. This includes contributing to efforts that improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of finance operations, while aligning them with evolving business needs and technological advancements.
In this role, you will contribute to advisory engagements across areas such as process optimisation, operating model design, and system improvements. You will gain hands-on experience in conducting research, performing analysis, and supporting project delivery activities, including the preparation of structured outputs. Working within a collaborative and team-oriented environment, you will develop a strong foundational understanding of finance transformation and implementation work, while building practical skills relevant to real-world business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist professional staff on advisory assignments by conducting research, analysis, and preparing clear and structured deliverables.

Support the consultants in Finance Transformation initiatives across process optimisation, operating model design, and finance function improvements covering people, processes, and systems.

Assist in system implementation activities, including documentation, basic configuration support, and system testing where applicable.

Support project delivery through coordination, preparation of materials, and participation in meetings or discussions where appropriate.

Assist in preparing reports and dashboards

Contribute to Finance Transformation implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects

Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation

Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous learning initiatives
About You

Penultimate year students from reputable local universities, with a strong academic background and active involvement in co-curricular activities.

Demonstrated interest in developing a career in the profession, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Service-oriented team players who are committed to collaboration, professionalism, and delivering excellence.

Comfortable with Finance and Accounting processes and terminologies, with an interest in system implementations and openness to technical work (e.g. system configuration, development, and testing).
