About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Fresh Graduate who has a strong foundation in HTML5 and Node.js development and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. As a Junior SAP BTP Application Developer, you will work with experienced consultants and developers to design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) while supporting digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are eager to build careers in cloud application development, SAP technologies, AI, and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying cloud-native applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

  • Develop and maintain applications using Node.js, JavaScript, and modern web technologies.

  • Build and consume REST APIs and integration services.

  • Support the development of side-by-side SAP extensions following clean core principles.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Participate in application testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.

  • Learn and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA and external systems.

  • Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps activities using source control and deployment tools.

  • Explore and participate in AI-powered business solutions, automation, and emerging technologies.

  • Ensure applications follow security, quality, and coding best practices.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js development.

  • Experience with web application development through academic projects, internships, personal projects, or bootcamps.

  • Understanding of REST APIs and basic backend development concepts.

  • Familiarity with Git or version control systems.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn SAP technologies and cloud platforms.

  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Preferred

  • Exposure to SAP technologies, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori/UI5, or SAP Business Application Studio through coursework, internships, or self-learning.

  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with databases and API integration.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.

  • Experience working on AI-related projects, hackathons, chatbots, machine learning, or automation initiatives.
