Make an Impact by:
- Support the product team in the day-to-day management of the IoT product portfolio.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business, customer and technical requirements.
- Conduct market, competitor and technology research to support product strategy and roadmap planning.
- Assist in coordinating with Product, Network, IT and Technology Partner teams during product development and delivery.
- Support testing, validation and documentation of new product features and system enhancements.
- Help analyse product usage, customer feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in documenting and improving business processes for customer onboarding, billing, delivery and product operations.
- Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for internal stakeholders.
Skills for Success:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and business concepts quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Familiarity with data analysis or presentation tools is an advantage.
