Credit Cards and Personal Loan Apprentice 2025
Recent Polytechnic Graduates who join the Credit Card & Personal Loan Apprenticeship Programme will go through a 12-month learning and development journey across various SG Credit Card and Personal Loan business.
Lending and Portfolio Team
Grow profitable Balances via Instalment Programs such as Easypay on Transaction / Balances and Merchant Instalment Programs
- Work closely with Portfolio Manager to develop digital capabilities in our SC mobile app
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies and campaigns with stakeholders to promote awareness of the product and increase adoption rate
- Establish KPI to track growth and adoption rate
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk as well as conduct and compliance matters.
- Work closely with Portfolio Manager for the implementation of the digital capabilities with the project team (including performing UAT and UVT testing logic)
- Involved in the design of processes which embed a digital-first approach with client-centric design principles to create exceptional user experience.
- Analyse the product sales data and market trends to create accurate forecasts and develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration between key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and seamless execution of campaigns and strategies.
- Assist the Portfolio Manager in preparing detailed reports on digital initiatives’ performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies
About the Apprenticeship Programme
During this learning journey, you will embark on two 6-months rotations. You will be exposed to different projects and tasks, alongside structured training, mentorship and on-the-job learning. Through the programme, you’ll experience an incredible and varied global learning experience, which includes but not limited to:

Eligibility
• Graduates from all Polytechnic Diploma disciplines who have less than 2 years of working experience is welcomed.
• Have the permanent legal right to work in Singapore
• Keen interest in Banking and Finance industry
• Have a basic understanding of digital banking/ BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) app functions
• Have prior experience in managing / assisting on a delivery of a project
• Able to work with different stakeholders to deliver business objectives
