 We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals to join us in building, managing and deepening our customer base in Enterprise Banking Industries. As a member of the department, you will have the opportunity to contribute and experience the department’s transformation into a Data & Digital driven business and also help our SME customers on their Sustainability journey. In addition, you will be able to hone your credit skills and ability to build customer relationships.

 As a RM in Enterprise Banking Industries, you will manage and grow our SME customers in specific industries, such as Engineering, Hardware, Food & Beverage, Resources & Trade Finance and Transport & Storage. Join us to experience a fulfilling career in Commercial Banking!

 Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To manage and acquire a portfolio of medium and large SMEs
  • To maximise the revenue generated from our customers (including up-tiering)
  • To prepare credit propositions for approval and to follow through with line implementation and disbursement/utilisation
  • To ensure credit reviews are completed in a timely manner
  • To provide excellent customer service
     

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Good team player who is driven, pro-active and has a positive attitude
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management and credit
  • Good communication skills
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused
