How you succeed

  • For AVP (and below) seniority: You would have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • For VP seniority: You would have at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytics & quantitative background, coupled with communication & stakeholder management skill
  • Experienced in the development, maintenance, validation and application credit risk models (IRB, stress test, ECL, Ecap, etc.) and credit risk underwriting or analysis.
  • Relevant experience in climate and nature risk, as well as the broader range of enterprise risk management (such as ICAAP and IWST) would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Basel rules, MAS637 regulations, FRS regulations, and credit products.
  • Experience with data management, management report design, and process automation.
  • Strong in programming languages (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python).

 What you do 

  • Assess risk & opportunities in the operating environment to enable more effective risk-taking aligned to our risk appetite.
  • Analyse portfolio performance. Identify trends & drivers, draw insights and develop recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain risk measurement & management frameworks, models, policies, processes, systems and infrastructure. These include capabilities such as IRB rating models, stress testing & expected credit loss models, economic & regulatory capital models, and climate & nature risk models.
  • Design and produce reports that provide insights & identify opportunities on business developments, and track vulnerabilities to risk developments.
