As a Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Product Manager, you will manage SCF product strategy, development, as well as product maintenance and oversight over the profit and loss. Your role will involve building the product capabilities, coordinating with key partners and obtaining product approvals. Your interpersonal and ownership skills will be critical in this role. 

 

What you do

  • Design and develop full product lifecycle, including product strategy, development and commercialisation. 
  • Ensure that market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis are integrated into the product development process. 
  • Work with various operation teams on the operationalisation of products and bespoke deals.
  • Work with the Technology team and other partners on system enhancements to ensure capabilities meet customers’ evolving needs.
  • Lead legal/tax/compliance discussions with internal and external legal counsels to ensure the product meets evolving requirements.
  • Provide product leadership and guidance on SCF market updates, new regulations/directives/rules impacting SCF.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing.
  • ·     Develop product training, marketing materials and provide RFP support.

 

Qualifications

 

Who you are

  • Experience in Supply Chain Finance from a Product Management perspective. The candidate should understand various variations of Supply Chain Finance product, including its operation, process flow, legal aspect and financials.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to work and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operation and Technology.
  • Business orientated, enterprising and inquisitive in new way of doing things.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Team player and willing to share knowledge
