Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Segment Manager with a strong background in the financial industry. The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience in segment, product and project management expertise. This role requires strong analytical skill and will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives within the segment, optimizing product offerings, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement segment strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development and enhancements.
- Segment Management:
- Understand customer life cycle from identifying needs to developing engagement plans , ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the optimal customer proposition.
- Define tailored value proposition, taking in consideration on customers’ life-stages.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage segment projects, working alongside internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Analytical Insights:
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners.
- Ability to work alongside peers to develop the winning proposition.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in segment/product/project management within the financial industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing complex projects.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Deep knowledge of the market and consumer trends in the consumer space.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development.
