Description
Our HR Shared Services team is a dynamic and customer-focused group dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient, and standardized HR support to our internal stakeholders. We manage HR operations and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with local regulations and OCBC Group’s policies.
You will be part of our Employee Support & Advisory team within HR Shared Services providing professional support and ensuring prompt and smooth execution of the employee life cycle activities, from pre-onboarding to exit.
Job Responsibilities
Manage new hire onboarding administration process. Manage all staff movement activities such as transfer, secondment, conversion of employment types, retirement and cessation of employment. Manage activities related to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers where required. Administer foreign pass-related matters. Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR systems. Ensure timely storage of employee documents in our electronic personnel file system. Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to employees and stakeholders. Any other duties or projects assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders of all levels.
- Positive working attitude, results oriented, and have a process and service-focused mind-set.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, capable of multitasking and managing high volumes of work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to embrace new HR technologies and adapting to changing processes.
