Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading and managing the team that drives the P&L for the Unsecured Loans business including Personal Loans and Lines (ExtraCash Loan and EasiCredit) as well as regulatory and credit exempt products such as Debt Consolidation Plan, Education Loan and Tuition Fee Loan.
- Manage Credit Limits for Customers at GLF level including automations and in compliance with regulations.
- Work with Credit to optimise credit/ lending opportunities and ensure accurate regulatory reporting, while working with stakeholders including but not limited to CFS Finance, Credit (Collections) etc.
Qualifications
Requirements for the role:
– min. 10 years of working experience as a product manager in the unsecured credit business.
– Management experience in leadng a team of unsecured credit lending and portfolio product managers
– Experience with managing end-to-end unsecured credit products including interest-based and/or fee-based balance transfer/ instalment loans as well as exempted loans
– Have managed business P&L and familiarity with MAS regulations especially governing unsecured credit and payments
