Job Description
HR Relationship Manager is responsible for providing guidance in people matters to support the business strategy and goals. As a HRRM, you are expected to:
- Advise, support and partner line managers and employees on HR related matters. Such matters would include resourcing, performance management, talent development, rewards and recognition, employee engagement and relations.
- Build strong partnership with business line managers and employees to effectively champion and implement HR programmes and processes.
- Collaborate with internal HR specialists to further develop people capabilities such as workforce transformation.
- Answer and attend to HR-related queries from employees.
- Provide thoughtful and effective advice on people management and organisational issues, including change management, team building and overall effectiveness.
Qualifications
Requirements
- University degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of working experience. Experience in HR areas such as compensation practices/talent management/organisation development/ performance management/employee engagement will be advantageous.
- Forward looking and creative, commercially focused and people oriented
- High drive for results
- Analytical, detail oriented and adept at working with data and metrics
- Work well in high pressure situations, and consistently deliver under tight time constraints while working effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders
