JOB SUMMARY 

As Learning and Development Delivery Specialist, you will coordinate and manage the logistical and administrative tasks essential for delivering impactful training programs. Collaborate with trainers and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining training records, supporting the International Management Trainer Network (IMTN) for APEC, and assisting with data collection and analysis for key stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to the continuous improvement and success of our learning and development initiatives, including various global, regional, and area projects. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE  

Education and Experience   

Required 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional learning experiences for associates.  

Preferred 

  • Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated organizational, project management and communication skills.  

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES  

  • Training Coordination: Take charge of organizing and managing all logistical and administrative tasks to ensure our training programs run smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with trainers, facilitators, and stakeholders to guarantee the effective delivery of engaging and impactful training sessions. 
  • Record Maintenance: Keep our learning management system up-to-date by meticulously maintaining training records. 

  • Facilitator Support: Play a pivotal role in managing and sustaining the International Management Trainer Network (IMTN) for APEC, ensuring a seamless process for intake, onboarding, certification, engagement, and recognition. 
  • Data Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of regional data to create insightful reports for key stakeholders. 
  • Feedback Generation: Partner with the rest of the APEC L&D organization to gather and analyze post-training feedback, driving continuous improvement. 
  • Initiative Support: Contribute to various global, regional, and area learning and talent development initiatives.  
  • Communications and Knowledge Management: Maintain and manage email distribution lists, APEC L&D’s SharePoint site, and other internal communication and knowledge management tools. 
  • Query Response: Provide timely and accurate responses to queries from hotel and area teams through the L&D mailboxes.
