Job Description & Summary
Our Risk Services Practice provides an invaluable safeguard in today’s complex operating environment with insights and independent assurance. We work with clients to deliver business control to help them to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business from people to performance, systems to strategy, business plans to business resilience. We help clients manage, mitigate and control risks from potential cybersecurity breaches to possible breaks in the supply chain. We assess and prepare businesses by looking into their technology, finance, data analytics, regulatory requirements, data security and privacy, internal audit, and the third parties our clients rely on, to help clients deliver quality results and meet their strategic objectives.
A career in the Markets team, within Firmwide Corporate Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm.
You’ll focus on growing our Risk Services Practice. You will listen intently to our clients and their needs and use this knowledge to shape how our industry practice should evolve to be even more relevant to our clients and future clients.
How will you value add

Identify and enable cross-sell opportunities by working with Risk Services partners, professional staff and with central BD team by leveraging existing client relationships and market insights to enhance revenue streams and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs

Support the industry leaders to develop an annual industry plan, including strategic priorities, action plans and budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies that drive awareness and accelerate customer acquisition.

Drive demand generation and growth for the industry through the targeted action plan (consider pipeline, client feedback, knowledge capture, Salesforce utilisation)

Explore the use of data and digital to better understand and market/service clients

Develop and drive account programs

Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and have the ability to articulate challenges and work with stakeholders to develop relationship effectiveness, establishing and developing long-term client relationships, effectively representing client needs to ensure appropriate solutions are brought to the client
Your performance will be assessed primarily based on execution quality, speed and consistency and your ability to collaborate with stakeholders, working as a team with the professional services team, to drive business development activities in a structured manner.
About you

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as Engineering, Business, Finance or Marketing.

Experience on business reporting, analysis, planning, marketing and project management

Experience in working with multi-competency teams and across different departments

Experience in working with senior leaders preferred

Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel skills and Salesforce

Strong communication skills
-
Fluent English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) – speaking, reading, writing

Results oriented with service mentality

Ability to get tasks done efficiently with minimal supervision
