  • Apply data analytics and business intelligence to support business strategies and goals
  • Support necessary reporting and data needs for business in their decision making and strategic planning
  • Perform analysis and draw insights proactively that provides value to business

  • Deliver actionable insights to top executives and their leadership teams, partnering them to identify opportunities for revenue growth, improve customer experience and cost optimization
  • Managing a team of business & data analysts

 

Make An Impact By

 

  • Provide data analysis, generate actionable insights & recommendations to support the business, including acquisition, usage, retention, base analysis, etc.
  • Perform direct data research to support management decision making including market sizing and competitive analysis
  • Design and create business dashboards and other performance reports leveraging advanced analytical tools and data models to support regular meeting and business decision making/planning
  • Partner closely with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., CLM, sales, product marketing, business teams etc.) in making strategic data driven analysis and decisions
  • Partner closely with all stakeholders (e.g., IT, other team members, other data team) to ensure efficient and effective data collection/analysis process
  • Support the planning/budgeting process, and prepare necessary materials for regular business reviews, performance updates to Singtel Singapore and Group top management and annual planning process. Responsibilities include planning, preparing, pre-syndication with related key stakeholders and follow up on subsequent execution.
  • Leading a team of analysts – managing resourcing, work prioritization and personal & career development for the team

 

Skills for Success:

 

  • Degree in business or computer science, engineering with good academic records
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics
  • Proven experience of data analysis, data visualization and presentation of findings
  • Excellent in Excel, Powerpoint
  • Database Query – SQL
  • Visual Dashboard – Power BI, Tableau
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
  • Leadership experience of a small team
