Make an Impact by:

• Provide on-site support in copper network operations, troubleshooting, and rectification of copper circuits.
• Take ownership of Copper cable jointing, jumpering, termination, and support testing for all cable diversion works.
• Liaise with stakeholders and external parties to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Be on standby to attend to copper cable faults related to copper diversion and migration works, and arrange, coordinate follow-up on remedial actions planned
• Execute all access copper cable works in the designated area following established operation procedures and engineering instructions.
• Assist stakeholders in meeting target handover dates for copper cable projects.
• Liaise with internal parties to address copper network implementation issues.
• Utilize copper equipment (Time Domain Reflectometer, Cable Pair Identification Set, Megger Tester, Jointing machine, Wire Insertion tools, etc) for copper cable troubleshooting.
• Analyze situations and identify the best solutions to meet customers’ needs.
• Any other relevant duties assigned by Manager-in-charge.

Skills for Success:

• Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, and related engineering disciplines
• 2 years of relevant working experience
• 1 to 2 years of related working experience in copper network operations preferred.
• Possess driving license (Class 3) preferred
• Effective time management skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
