How will you value-add?
  • Lead and develop new client onboarding process to provide support to engagement teams in completing all documentation and processes as required
  • Liaise with clients and risk management teams for any information gathering or clarification of queries raised
  • Initiate and plan yearly project code renewal exercise and coordination of various stakeholders 
  • Manage a team of business support staff in assisting with the overall client onboarding process
  • Conduct regular reviews and reporting to ensure compliance and milestones are on track 
About you
  • 2-3 years of Tax line or client onboarding experience is preferred
  • Professional, confident and highly motivated self-starter, with an ability to handle multiple engagements/projects and liaising with various stakeholders
  • Good project and time management skills to deliver plans at scheduled timelines
  • Strive for continual personal and process improvements 
  • Meticulous and have strong communication skills to liaise with both internal and external parties
