Reward and Performance, as part of our Workforce team, advises PwC’s clients on strategies to support the attraction, engagement and retention of their key talent. As a team, technical excellence and accuracy is at the heart of everything we do. Our practice is organised to ensure the advice we provide is strategic but technically accurate, broad but relevant, and always capable of being successfully implemented. We focus on evaluating and managing their unique challenges so our clients can maximise their return on the overall investment in human capital.
You will work alongside our reward advisors, supporting clients to address a wide variety of areas including executive remuneration; employee reward and performance management; career architectures and people analytics. You’ll also work closely with our broader team of workforce advisers on people and human capital matters.
How will you value-add?
As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be an integral part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from rewards strategy to execution.

Proven analytical experience, financial modelling, and quantitative analysis with strong numerical and excel skills

Strong consulting mindset and ability to identify, connect with, and apply your experience to our clients’ challenges. Prior consulting experience is preferred

Strong project management skills and ability to independently run small projects

Support senior members of the team in managing and growing client relationships

Create intellectual capital on subject of expertise for sharing with clients and the team

Mentor and guide the junior members of team

Collaboration and participation within a highly dynamic, diverse and inclusive team

Good subject matter expertise in the area of reward and performance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
About You

5 to 7 years of relevant experience within the human capital domain of total rewards and performance

Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business administration preferred

Acting with integrity to create positive impact on our clients, colleagues, and communities
