JOB SUMMARY
- The Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of our AI platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion. This role requires a deep understanding of project management, AI and machine learning infrastructure, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering complex technical projects, with a strong focus on infrastructure as code, DevOps, and platform automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the AI platform, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in software development, code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including data scientists, AI engineers, and business leaders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success, including managing external vendors and contractors as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth delivery of the platform.
- Infrastructure as Code: Oversee the implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of AI infrastructure.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and manage DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Platform Automation: Ensure the development and maintenance of automation frameworks to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance processes are in place to deliver a robust and reliable AI platform.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to innovate and adopt new technologies and methodologies.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 10 years of experience in technical project management and delivery, with a focus on AI and machine learning infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, DevOps practices, and platform automation frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects, with strong project management skills and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide engineering teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address technical and project-related challenges.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
