Our General Assurance Practice works with organisations to navigate regulatory complexities by improving their corporate reporting, and supporting their compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual agreements. How will you value-add?
● Provide support to our engagement teams in the project engagement cycle from opportunity creation to closure of projects
● Help engagement teams in maintaining/updating engagement records
● Address queries from internal users on engagement project creation and management
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the PwC’s protocols and requirements are followed
● Participate in new processes and system enhancement testing when required
● Generate reports and support the analysis of engagement economics including monitoring of work in progress valuation and aged debtors
● Support document management including formatting, system upload of client deliverables etc
● Provide onsite support for document management including printing, scanning, courier etc
● Perform ad-hoc duties assigned and provide necessary cover for team members
About you
● Minimum Diploma in Business
● At least 2 years’ working experience in an administrative role is preferred
● Good positive attitude and adaptable to changes in processes and systems
● Willingness to grow and take on new tasks/responsibilities
● Independent and efficient worker that can follow through and complete tasks on tight deadlines
● Strong communication skills to interact with engagement teams and other stakeholders
● Good interpersonal skills and a team player
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and meet tight/stringent deadlines while maintaining accuracy
● Well organised and detail-oriented
● Proficient in Microsoft office suite and/or Google suite
● Knowledge of the Oracle system and ServiceNow would be an added advantage
