Our Firmwide Corporate Services unite to help build our competitive advantage with first class support internally. Spanning Administration, Business Development, Chairman’s Office, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Operations and Change Management, and Technology, we power our lines of services to make sure all of us have the right sources, services and technology to be the best we can be.

As part of the Operations and Change Management team, you will play a central role in shaping internal firmwide transformation along the phases of delivery, as well as coordinating and supporting cross-business and functional teams to deliver sustainable change; enabling new ways of working through the optimisation of business processes.
In this role you will contribute in the following areas:

Project management

Work closely with cross-functional team members to drive project objectives and deliverables

Work closely with the process owner to co-design and co-create solution options.

Monitor each project’s progress against the defined schedule, identify and escalate any potential issues or risks.

Providing timely status reports to the relevant stakeholders and steering committees.

Process and change design
-
Incorporate a user-centric design approach along the end-to-end process design to understand and identify business requirements based on areas of improvement for existing operations and systems

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand user behaviours, pain points and opportunity areas

Reframe the problem statement by identifying relevant insights to formulate future scenarios, implications and opportunities that are sustainable and challenge the status quo

Drive the design and facilitation of co-creation sessions as well as immersive workshops (in-person as well as virtual) with cross-functional team
You should have:
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience working within a project and change management role or related discipline.

Certification in change management
-
Prior experience in transformation, back-office optimisation and/or implementation of shared services operating model is a plus.

Ability to apply analytical thinking to comprehend business needs, convert them into requirements, develop and execute a business implementation and change plan

Experience in working with data, drawing insights, developing reporting templates, and devising practical data-driven solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to reach out and build collaborative stakeholder relationships across different levels.

Ability to coordinate tasks with cross-functional team, manage project progress and achieve deliverables in a timely manner

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently to get things done with minimal supervision within the deadline
