As an Software Engineer (AIOps), you will be responsible for building, testing, operating, and managing AIOps/Observability platform and AIOps use cases. Operationalize Use cases to meet customer requirements and improve service delivery and operation productivity

 

What will you do?

  • Deploy and maintain the enterprise logging platform using ELK or Splunk.
  • Setting up an environment with Scalability, Resiliency, High Availability and Security in the cloud or On-premise
  • Develop and manage high-volume data ingestions and real-time data flow processes
  • Work with data log streaming platforms and tools to ingest data from systems, applications, and access logs.
  • Build dashboard solutions
  • Establish and maintain operational best practices for the smooth operation of large-scale Elastic / Splunk solutions.
  • Optimize and tune the ELK or Splunk environment to meet the performance requirements
  • Investigate emerging advancements related to our customer’s needs and implement those upgrades.
  • Develop, test, and operationalize AIOps (MLOps) use cases
  • Develop, test, and operationalize insight use cases for business as well as IT operations

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 2 years hands-on experience with data visualization/business intelligence
  • Must to have experience in implmentating AIOps platform and development of AIOps use cases
  • 2 years hands-on experience with supporting ELK  or Splunk Enterprise / ITSI in production, handling medium to large clusters
  • Experience in setting up ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana stack) or SPLUNK solution (Splunk enterprise, ITSI and so on) to process data from multiple data sources
  • Experience with Kibana visualization strategies, controls and techniques
  • Experience managing ELK or SPLUNK ITSI solution platform in operations
  • Experience with Integration
  • Experience with SQL and optimization of queries
  • Understand the Security and Access management concept.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix/Windows OS
  • Experience in Elastic ELK, Splunk ITSI or equivalent AIOps platform architecture, implementation and use case development
  • Experience in integrating AIOps platform with ITSM
  • Experience in integrating AIOps platform with automation and configuration management tool such as Ansible, terraform and Chef
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and scripting languages
