Make an Impact by:
- Responsible to drive a multi-year major network transformation program and strategic technical projects (IP and Internet related domains).
- Prepare and organize steering committee updates on progress and deliverables.
- Tracking and reporting of Financials, sustainability and e-waste KPIs.
- Regular cadence with project owners and partners to track execution progress, alignment of project milestones, identifying challenges, dependencies and key risk, developing mitigation plans and timely escalation.
- Lead for a major datacenter relocation project and ensure the migration is executed as per stipulated timeline.
- Develop migration strategy, develop project schedule, assess dependencies & risks and establish mitigation plans.
- Managing a virtual team of internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate the infrastructure and circuit migration activities.
- Oversees supplier relationships management.
Skills for Success:
- Possess Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in IP network planning and project management.
- Experience in planning and executing major datacenter relocation project
- Experience in Telco environments would be an added advantage.
- Possess strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Network skills (BGP, ISIS, OSPF) and Internet knowledge (eg, CCNA, CCNP, JNICA, JNCIE, IPv6, etc)
- Candidates possessing ITILv4 or PMP certification would be an added advantage
