The Lifestyle & Wellness Executive will support the Singtel Recreation Club (SRC) in the following areas:

• General office administration and Club operations support,
• Plan, coordinate, monitor and manage Lifestyle and wellness programmes, activities and courses both onsite and outside of the club,
• Passionate and motivated to lead successful ieisure and wellness programmes to raise membership satisfaction through the proper organization of activities.
• Responsible for Interest Groups within the club as when assigned,
• Attend regular meetings including recording minutes of meeting, prepare activities reports and analysis, etc,
• Design marketing and publicity support for events and activities, organise and implement activities to achieve targeted participation within budget,
• Liaise and source for service providers, suppliers and vendors for events and activities.
• Handle email and phone enquiries from members, vendors and suppliers with regard to events, events, activities, benefits etc,
• Lead the Club’s effort to develop and maintain online presence on Social Media,
• Maintain and update SRC website and postings in company intranet to connect and collaborate with the community,

The ideal candidate should have/be:

• A diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Familiar with designing digital marketing collaterals such as electronic direct mail (EDM)
• Proficient with MS Office
• Fluent in use of Social Media
• Possess excellent service mindset with good interpersonal skills
• A team-player with ability to multi task well under pressure
• Able to support events on weekends and public holidays, if required.
