This role is accountable for BI Operation and Data Visualization of Singtel Data & Analytics Platform:

1. Overall responsibility for the day-to-day Operations of BI Platforms

2. Ensure timely delivery and reliability of Reports and Dashboards

3. Adherence to security, regulatory and audit control guidelines

Make An Impact By

• Ensure Cognos and Power BI reports run smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timeliness of report delivery
• Participate in Report and Dashboard creation using Cognos and Power BI
• Participate in investigation and issue resolution of Cognos and Power BI reports/dashboards

Skills for Success:

• Degree studies in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Exposure to Data Warehousing and BI concept
• Knowledge and experience in reporting tools such as
  • Power BI Technical Skills
  • Oracle SQL
  • Power BI
  • Cognos
  • Tableau
  • Control-M
