What you do

As an Implementation Manager for Transaction Banking Products, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and integration of our transaction banking solutions, including API, H2H, and SWIFT. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects for transaction banking products, including API, H2H, and SWIFT.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop tailored implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as Sales, product management & development, legal, operations, and technical support, to ensure smooth execution of implementation projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to track progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Provide handover and training to client services team after implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of implementation methodologies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to transaction banking products, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Drive innovation and process improvements to improve productivity and client experience.

Qualifications

 

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, banking & finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically in transaction banking or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of transaction banking products, including API, H2H, and SWIFT.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transaction banking products.
  • Mature, diligent, outcomes-driven, self-starter, all-round team-player
