Play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the commercial banking sector. As a Programme Management professional, you’ll be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of business loans and secured loans products, as well as the Loan Onboarding System (LOS). You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as project management, data analysis, and user acceptance testing.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a strong analytical thinker, with the ability to work with large datasets confidently. You’ll need to be proficient in data analytics using Excel, with excellent communication and presentation skills. What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
Team 1: Programme Management – LOS:
• User Requirements Drafting: collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the loan onboarding system
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): support the planning and execution of UAT to ensure the system meets user needs
• Excel Reporting Automation: utilize Excel to develop automated reporting tools that streamline data collection and analysis
• Administrative Support for HR Tasks: assist in administrative tasks related to business resource augmentation, including onboarding new team members and maintaining documentation
Team 2: Programme Management – Business Loans:
• Support the team in analysing financial data, preparing reports, and identifying trends and insights to aid decision-making processes
• Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to analyse large financial datasets, create visualisations, and present findings to stakeholders
• Assist in conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for product development strategies
• Assist in coordinating and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project delivery
• Enhance user experience through user acceptance testing to identify areas for process improvement and streamlining
Team 3: Programme Management – Secured Loans & Trade:
• Support Banker’s Guarantee Processing Automation & Digitalisation Project (incl. requirement gathering, UAT testing)
• Support Commercial Property Loan Repricing Automation and Digitalisation Project (incl. requirement gathering, UAT testing)
• Support the review and improvement of equipment and machinery financing process
• Support Secured Loans LUMOS Project, from underwriting to regulatory reporting (e.g. TDSR, S35) (incl. requirement gathering, UAT testing)
• Assist in monthly regulatory ESG Trade Reporting

• A degree or masters in a relevant field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets confidently
• Proficiency in data analytics using Excel

Learning Objectives
This role will provide you with:
Team 1: LOS
• Effectively collect and document user requirements for the Loan Onboarding System
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Analyse gathered data to identify trends and insights that inform system design
• Create clear and concise documentation and CX screens for system specifications and user stories
• Assist in the testing phase to ensure the system meets user requirements and functions correctly
• Gain knowledge of project management methodologies and tools used in the software development lifecycle
• Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills by addressing challenges encountered during solutioning stage
Team 2: Business Loans
• Assist in reporting and data analysis
• Conduct desktop research on topics assigned by Product
• Assist the Product Managers in the execution of campaigns
• Participate in user acceptance test for system enhancement
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required
Team 3: Secured Loans/Trade/Cards
• To learn and contribute to the team through Pre and Post Campaigns Data Preparation and Analysis
• Product Market Landscape Analysis and Strategy
• Monthly MAS regulation maintenance
• Client Engagement – Perform Voice of Customers Project to improve customer journeys
• Draft and follow through various projects’ user requirements and UAT
