Play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the transaction banking sector. As a Transaction Banking Intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of cash products and services for corporate clients. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as transaction banking, product management, and stakeholder engagement.

How you succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a strong analytical thinker, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You’ll need to be a creative problem-solver, with a passion for improving processes and enhancing customer experience. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including RMs, BBCSC, and Product Managers, will be crucial in driving results.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in preparation of MIS reports

• Assist in competitors’ analysis and other desktop research on topics assigned by Product Managers

• Assist in responding to accounts-related queries from RMs/BBCSC

• Support Product Managers in projects & other initiatives

• Participate in user acceptance test for system enhancement

• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
