Why Join

Play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and experience in the commercial banking sector. As a Customer Service Unit professional, you’ll be responsible for servicing SME customers’ service requests, gathering and extracting information for account reviews, and obtaining documents for account remediation. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as customer service, data analysis, and process improvement.

How you succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of issues.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• To assist in servicing SME customers’ service requests in the middle office functions such as:

  • Gather and extract information for account reviews and notify customers
  • Obtain documents for account remediation

• To assist various teams to prepare regular management reporting on teams’ productivity

• Be involved in process automation or enhancements to improve customer experience and turnaround time

• On-the-job training in processes and customer communications will be provided

Who you are

• A degree in a relevant field

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of issues

• Customer centric with a focus on identifying areas for process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience
