Play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the commercial banking sector while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a Business Compliance professional, you’ll be responsible for assisting reviewers in conducting periodic or triggering event reviews for our corporate customers. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as compliance, risk management, and process improvement.

What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting research via available Bank systems and commercial databases as well as internet for information gathering
• Contacting customers for clarifications and/or obtain updated information regarding their businesses
• Analysing information gathered and preparing review findings
• Participating in process enhancement or automation projects to enable the team to gain more efficiency
• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Who you are
• A degree in a relevant field
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and results-oriented, self-starter, and have a high level of self-initiative to improve processes
• Meticulous with attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines effectively
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Keen learner with desire for growth and further development
Learning Objectives
This role will provide you with:
