Why Join

Play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the consumer experience sector. As a Consumer Experience Design Intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting the design and development of exceptional customer experiences across the bank’s channels. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as human-centered design, user research, and go-to-market planning.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist the team in design research activities, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations

• Assist the team in human-centered design activities, from deriving user insights to iterating prototypes for concept testing

• Assist the team in planning Go-to-market activities for bringing new products to the market

Who you are

• A degree or masters in a relevant field

• Strong creative and analytical skills
