As an Emerging Talent Acquisition Advisory Intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that drives the acquisition and development of emerging talent. How you succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a quick learner, able to adapt to changing priorities, and have a strong sense of curiosity. You’ll work closely with the campus team to design and execute scalable and sustainable engagement strategies and collaborate with other business units to drive candidate acquisition. Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels will be crucial in building relationships and driving results.
What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Internship Programme Management: support the development of polytechnic structured internship programmes and provide operational and executional support when required
• End-to-end polytechnic internship management: assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management
• Campus Engagement: help design and execute scalable and sustainable engagement strategies for current and future interns
• Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units
• Projects: contribute to initiatives such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities
• Ad-hoc tasks: provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned
