DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern in the Enterprise Partnerships & Cards department, the intern will assist the team in developing new partnerships, optimizing existing ones, and supporting reporting efforts across APEC. The role requires strong project management skills, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Key tasks for the intern: 
1)    Monthly Performance Reporting – Track and analyze the performance of existing partnerships across APEC.
2)    Development Support – Assist in the planning and execution of upcoming partnership initiatives.
3)    Competitive Landscape Analysis – Conduct research to assess industry trends and competitive positioning.
4)    Go-To-Market (GTM) Support – Assist in launch planning, operational coordination, and execution of marketing activation strategies.

 

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

You should be a high-potential intern who is passionate, committed, and eager to build a career in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:

•    Strong ethical values and professionalism
•    Creative, driven, and inquisitive mindset
•    Resourceful problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage available resources effectively
•    Proficiency in IT software, hardware, and digital media (a plus)
•    Excellent command of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
•    Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working in a collaborative and multicultural environment across various departments—including corporate teams and hotels
•    Effective written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and timely information flow across the organization

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARD

Education:

  • Undergraduate in brand marketing, preferably in their third year of undergrad studies

Requirements

  • Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass
  • Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
  • Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program
  • Korean and English written and oral proficiency

  • All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott standards.
