About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for actuarial products in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.

Gather, prioritize, and manage product requirements from various stakeholders, including clients, actuaries, business analysts, and technical teams.

Create and maintain a detailed product backlog, ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are well-defined and prioritized based on business value.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, development, design, and QA, to ensure successful product delivery.

Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.

Conduct regular backlog refinement sessions and sprint planning meetings to ensure the team is focused on the highest value features.

Review and accept completed user stories to ensure they meet the defined acceptance criteria and deliver the expected value.

Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Present product updates and progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product owners and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellenc
About You

7+ years experience in product management or a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry with a focus on actuarial products.

Strong understanding of actuarial processes and principles within the Life Insurance industry.

Proven experience in defining and delivering successful actuarial products in a complex and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).

Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders and teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Experience with product lifecycle management and familiarity with product management tools and techniques.

Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute) is preferred.

Actuarial qualifications (e.g., ASA, FSA) are highly desirable.
