Make an Impact by:
- Develop partner GTM strategy and business plan with key partners to drive business, and innovation goals.
- Lead a team of partner and alliance managers to manage and grow more than 100 networking and cybersecurity vendors across technology solution provider, distributors, reseller and service fulfilment.
- Identify and drive new partnerships and collaboration to develop services and solutions that are aligned with market demand and enterprise growth trends.
- Lead Business Review meetings with Senior Executives from Singtel and Partners for regular performance management against key metrics.
- Define and execute a partner governance framework that includes alignment, execution, and performance, that facilitates and leads to effective partnerships.
- Supervise the alignment of training, development and accreditation needs from stakeholders (Pre-sales, Product, Delivery, Post-sales) with offerings and opportunities from Partners that align with targets to maintain competitiveness in serving and meeting customer service obligations.
- Nurture, organise and support joint GTM marketing activities and programs with partners.
- Understand the global and local market needs, keep abreast of technology developments/trends and competitive market situation.
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Partner Management, Marketing, Business Development or Channel Sales experience, at large organisations or innovative start-ups.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Networking and cybersecurity industry and partner eco-system.
- Have a strong grasp of key networking and cybersecurity technologies, services, and business models.
- Proven track record of success in program, initiatives, and execution roles with cross-function teams.
- Relevant experience in understanding the various business goals and requirements to steer and position the partnership conversation to drive a business goal and/or positive outcome with the stakeholders.
- Ability to engage and build effective partnerships with Senior Executives from Partners.
- Basic legal and contract management knowledge and skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
