The Admin Executive will support the department’s operational efficiency by managing administrative, finance-related, and logistical tasks for International Digital Services (IDS). This includes handling payment processes, supporting procurement workflows, coordinating events such as Townhalls, and assisting with logistics for local and overseas staff

Finance & Procurement Support
- Manage and process department Capex and Opex payment requests for IDS. Raise Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requests (PR), and Sales Orders (SO) in compliance with CAFIN procurement guidelines.
- Submit payment and sourcing requests (above S$15K) via e-workflow as per procurement policy.
- Process invoices for customers and liaise with vendors to ensure timely payments.
- Track and maintain accurate records of department-owned assets.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Liaise with contractors for any office-related maintenance work.
- Provide occasional support for internal department events, festive celebrations, and workshops.
Travel & Onboarding Coordination
- Assist senior leaders (e.g New IDS CCO) with calendar and travel arrangements including submission of travel requests and claims.
- Book flights and accommodations for overseas staff visiting the Singapore office.
- Arrange onboarding schedules and meeting setups for new hires, especially those from regional offices.
Skills for Success
- GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent
- At least 5 years of general administrative and/or executive assistance experience
- Intermediate level usage of Microsoft office suite of products including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Able to converse and write fluently in English
- Self-driven and possess good people skills
