The AI GTM Partnership Manager is responsible for driving go-to-market outcomes for Singtel’s AI capabilities through strategic partnerships, ecosystem engagement, and market positioning.

The role focuses on building and scaling partnerships that translate AI solutions into real-world adoption and impact. In addition to commercial execution, the role plays a key part in shaping Singtel’s positioning as an AI-first organisation by engaging the AI ecosystem, institutions, and industry leaders, and by creating visible, high-impact moments that reinforce Singtel’s credibility and leadership in AI.

 

Make an Impact by:

  • Drive partnership-led go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption of Singtel’s AI solutions.
  • Independently source, qualify, and manage a pipeline of strategic partners through networks, outreach, events, and ecosystem engagement.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across partners, institutions, and ecosystem players.
  • Work closely with partners to uncover business challenges, co-develop use cases, and shape joint solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Act as the bridge between AI product teams and partners by translating product capabilities into clear business and market narratives.
  • Own partnerships end-to-end, from prospecting and solution scoping through onboarding, launch execution, and ongoing performance management.
  • Lead ecosystem and brand-building initiatives that position Singtel as AI-first, including co-hosting high-profile AI events, forums, or industry programs with strategic partners.
  • Represent Singtel in the AI ecosystem by engaging AI communities, institutions, and industry bodies to strengthen visibility, credibility, and influence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, and Commercial teams to ensure GTM, partnership, and brand efforts are aligned.
  • Track partnership and GTM outcomes, analyse impact, and continuously refine strategies to maximise adoption and long-term value.

 

Skills For Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in partnerships, GTM, business development, or solution-oriented roles within technology or AI-focused organisations.
  • Strong understanding of AI products and their real-world business applications.
    Ability to engage confidently in both business and technical discussions. 
    Proven experience shaping partnership-led solutions and GTM initiatives.
  • Understanding of AI ecosystem dynamics, partnership models, and technology brand positioning.
