Make an Impact by
- Manage VoiceBot conversation flows: troubleshoot, liasing with vendor to update prompts
- Design VoiceBot call flows for new use cases.
- Liaise with vendor(s) on feature requirements and feedback implementation.
- Analyze bot and sales performance data and user interactions to optimise conversion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new use cases or flows to optimise sale
Skills for Success
- Currently pursuing auniversity degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest or experience in digital sales, AI voice tech, or customer service.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and coordinating across teams
