Make an Impact by:

  • Support product management activities for the innovation AI initiative, including assisting with roadmap planning, feature documentation, user journey mapping, and coordination of delivery tasks.
  • Assist in rapid prototyping (“vibe coding”) by helping test new AI concepts, agentic workflows, and GenAI use cases aligned to enterprise needs.
  • Contribute to research and preparation of materials that support enterprise AI strategies related to employee experience, collaboration, and productivity.
  • Conduct market research and scanning on emerging AI, GenAI, and agentic AI tools to identify potential opportunities for adoption.
  • Work with AI engineers and solution teams to support the refinement of prototypes into secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.
  • Help develop simple frameworks or trackers for adoption, feedback, change management, and value realisation for AI products.
  • Monitor product performance indicators and usage trends and assist in preparing insights to guide iterative improvements.
  • Assist in preparing research, analysis, recommendations, and presentations for leadership discussions.
  • Support business stakeholders in identifying potential AI use cases by organising information, analysing value, and helping prioritise opportunities.
  • Contribute to AI-first ways of working by helping coordinate communications, training materials, and onboarding activities for AI products.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, Business or related field.
  • Experience in product management, strategy, innovation, or AI-related projects. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise applications.
  • Ability to conduct rapid prototyping, scripting, or LLM experimentation (e.g., Python).
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.
  • Skilled in product requirement definition, user story creation, and stakeholder management.
  • Clear communicator able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic storytelling.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity with a proactive and experimentation-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of digital collaboration tools, enterprise workflow systems, and emerging AI workplace technologies.
