How you succeed

To excel in this role, you should have good understanding of the Basel Rules, MAS637 Credit Risk regulations and credit products, ideally having 3 years’ experience in analytical role, conducting monthly credit portfolio/financial reporting exercises in a financial institution.

You should possess a strong analytical or technical background and good communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

What you do

  • Participate in the maintenance of the credit risk data aggregation processes, which may include coding and testing of scripts, management of data integrity and data lineage.
  • Prepare regulatory and management credit risk reports.
  • Optimise Credit RWA through improved methodologies and data quality.
  • Advise business on the appropriate Credit RWA treatment.
  • Participate in digitalisation including adoption of RPA to improve processes

  • Good understanding of banking products and risk management concepts.

  • Proficient in programming languages such as SQL/Python and Microsoft Office applications.
