Make an Impact by:
AN Strategy & Roadmap Development
• Define the long-term vision for Autonomous Networks at Singtel Networks, aligned with TMF maturity levels and industry trends.
• Build a multi-year, phased roadmap with clear milestones, aligned to Networks and business priorities, AN levels and technology enablers.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact use cases for planning, deployment, assurance, operations and optimisation.
• Engage senior management and business stakeholders to secure alignment and funding support for long-term AN transformation.
Control Tower for AN Use Cases
• Serve as the central “Control Tower” for all AN initiatives across domains; from ideation to value realisation.
• Maintain a unified and transparent dashboard of all active and planned AN use cases, including ownership, progress and KPIs.
• Ensure visibility and alignment across delivery teams (Network domains), AIDA (AI/ML/GenAI), GTN (Group level alignment for architecture and use cases), and DPE.
• Proactively identify duplication, gaps or opportunities for synergy across AN initiatives.
Program Office & Governance
• Establish and lead the AN Program Office as a centre of execution discipline and strategic oversight.
• Coordinate funding, resource planning, interdependencies and executive reporting.
• Establish a governance framework to monitor AN portfolio progress across domains, milestones and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategic success metrics and measurements for all AN initiatives. Quantify expected impact in terms of cost reduction, MTTR, SLA improvement and customer experience.
• Leads maturity assessment and external benchmarking.
• Chair governance forums with Networks, AIDA, DPE and business stakeholders.
• Aligns AN strategy with Singtel’s broader AI strategies. SG Network as Lighthouse for the group.
• Secretary to AN Steering Committee.
Communication & Change Enablement
• Act as the internal ambassador for AN transformation.
• Own internal Networks communications and stakeholder engagement for AN transformation.
• Drive and own internal Networks communications and engagement strategy including executive updates, maturity assessments and change impact briefings.
• Work with HR learning and development to build network automation skillsets and organisational readiness.
Skills for Success:
- Degree in Telecommunication or Computing Engineering or equivalent.
- 12–15 years in telecoms, with 5+ years in network transformation, AI or program leadership.
- Experience with TM Forum Autonomous Network framework.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML use case lifecycle, network operations and cross-domain orchestration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-visibility strategic programs with measurable outcome.
- Strong grasp of network automation trends and TMF AN architecture
- Ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Expertise in benefits tracking and programs KPIs
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional team
- Skilled in stakeholder management. Able to balance needs of AIDA, network operations, digital platforms and business units.
- High stakeholder ability to align diverse teams from AI, engineering, platforms and business.
