The Consumer Fixed and Broadband business is an important and fast-growing core business in Singtel with leading market share in Singapore. As Singapore embarks on next-generation high-speed fibre broadband technology, this business is set to expand even further rapidly as Singtel seeks to drive higher adoption of 10Gbps fibre broadband service and newer WiFi technologies. At Singtel, we have introduced tiered service levels and products to cater to different segments of the residential Broadband and fixed voice market.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, Broadband and Telephony, you will play a key role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be the business driver of our product strategy, and the person to define and deliver innovative products and campaigns to excite the market.
Make an Impact by:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for fixed broadband products that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Develop strategies to gain and expand market share, increasing penetration of existing market segments and identifying new market segments as well as growth opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies proactively.
- Drive Go-to-Market, lead generation and customer acquisition and retention efforts to achieve revenue and bottom-line targets. This will include spearheading cross-functional teams not limited to trade marketing, sales, marketing communications, digital performance and customer lifecycle management teams for creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple online and offline channels.
- Develop customer experience strategies with product development, network operations, customer care, field delivery and operations to ensure the best post-sales customer journey, service delivery, post-activation customer experience and service support that exceed market expectations.
- Be able to build and defend business cases and evaluate financial impact of solutions.
- Analyse the performance of key financial and performance indicators, as well as marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results to hit the P&L and business case targets.
- Lead the budgeting & forecasting process with Finance, and regularly review & update drivers and initiatives to meet set revenue and EBITDA targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
- 8 years of experience in product marketing, business/product development or product and cost management with P&L focus. Experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on product marketing and team leadership.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
