Singtel is looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Associate Director, Cyber Product Management to help drive the strategic direction and development of our cybersecurity product portfolio.

Make an Impact by
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for cybersecurity solutions, aligning with the company’s goals and market demands.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive products to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the cybersecurity space.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch, enhancement, and retirement, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for product-related communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and customers.
- Customer Advocacy: Engage with customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, challenges, and feedback to shape product features and enhancements.
- Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, customer satisfaction, and market impact.
- Risk and Compliance: Ensure that product features comply with cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as NIST, PDPA, GDPR, or ISO 27001.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for product initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Skills for Success
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in solutions, product and business management, with a focus on cybersecurity products; experience in a leadership or management role is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and trends, including threat detection, endpoint security, identity management, and cloud security.
- Product Management Expertise: Proficiency in product management methodologies, including Agile and Lean, with experience managing the full product lifecycle.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to make informed product decisions.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and team management.
- Certifications: Industry certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP) are a plus
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
