RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • Manage the daily coordination of client insurance referrals between PvB RMs, WPs, ISs and insurance brokers, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Track and monitor the status of referrals, ensuring accurate documentation of all client-related information.
  • Identify bottlenecks in referral workflows and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across regions to ensure consistency and alignment of referral processes.

Business

  • Coordinate and schedule PvB RMs and CSMs training sessions to improve frontline knowledge of insurance referral processes and governance.
  • Support client seminars by liaising with insurance brokers, IS and internal teams, ensuring seamless event delivery.
  • Act as a contact point for PvB RMs & CSMs, responding to queries related to insurance referrals and broker engagements.
  • Gather feedback from PvB RMs and insurance brokers to continuously improve referral processes and client engagement strategies.

Processes

  • Ensure referrals are processed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks. 
  • Maintain and update referral logs, tracking the progress of referrals from initiation to policy inception and prepare operational reports.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with complaint resolution by tracking issues and collaborating with stakeholders to provide timely solutions.
  • Monitor operational risks and escalate issues related to policy processes, referral documentation, or compliance gaps.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting insurance and coordinate with internal teams to align processes accordingly. 
  • Assist in preparing presentations and updates for senior management on insurance referral activities.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Education     University graduate
  • Languages     Fluency in business English/speaking other languages will be an advantage.
